 <li>Are users on the platform real people or AI avatars? All users are real individuals. Each has an AI avatar created from basic information. When users are offline, their AI avatars manage chats; when online, the AI temporarily disables. Users can also turn off AI responses from others if desired, promoting social efficiency and reducing barriers.</li> 
 <li>Can I see chat history from both real users and AI? Yes, all chat histories—whether from real people or AI—are seamlessly integrated into the chat window, with options for customization available in the settings.</li> 
 <li>What is the difference between the Assisted, Engaged, and Initiated lists? The Assisted list includes conversations where users have interacted with your AI avatar; responding moves the chat to Engaged. The Engaged list indicates chats between two real users beyond AI interaction. The Initiated list features feeds you have posted.</li> 
 <li>How is AI token consumption calculated? If another user’s AI avatar responds to you, tokens are consumed; your AI’s replies to others do not count. Sending images entails additional token use for analysis; however, the process is being optimized.</li> 
 <li>Can I completely disable my AI avatar? This feature is currently not available; users can disable AI responses in specific conversations while further options are being explored.</li> 
 <li>What happens if my GPT token limit is reached? You will still be able to chat with real users, but AI replies will pause until the next day or after an upgrade of your plan.</li>
